Staying with Stefan and Mzia for 5 days while visiting Tbilisi for the Film festival was one of my nicest experiences for a very long time. Such a perfect setting, stunning views of the mountains, a
calm oasis yet so close to the centre of things, lovely comfortable room, but most of all the tremendous welcome from Stefan and Mzia. I'd heard that Georgia was famous for its hospitality, but never
expected this. Fabulous breakfasts - something new to try every day, suggestions where to go, where to eat, lively discussions about Georgian life and history, and the late-night snacks, tea, wine
and chat about my day when I got back at night. Travelling on your own to an unknown place it's easy to feel isolated, but not here - walking up the hill felt like going home! Can't wait to take my
husband next year! -
Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt bei Stefan und Mzia. Die Wohnung war schön eingerichtet, gemütlich und sauber und in so zentraler Lage, dass wir Tiflis einfach zu Fuß erkunden konnten. Das
Frühstück war lecker und reichlich. Stefan und Mzia waren außerdem eine sehr große Hilfe bei unserer weiteren Reiseplanung. Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft. Wir kommen gerne wieder. -
I've been to Tbilisi many times before and stayed everywhere from the nicest hotels to small homestays, and this was by far the nicest place I've been. The room is an utter bargain for the price, and
with that you also get a delicious breakfast, intelligent conversation and frequent offers of wine. Very highly recommended, I hope there is space next time I'm in Tbilisi! -
We have got unforgettable trip to Georgia recently and it was by large extent thanks to Stefan and Mzia. You leave in historical house in central but very quiet area. We would not learn as much about
Tbilisi and Georgia if not Stefan and Mzia. They both are very interesting personalities, and if they recommend something to you it is like they know what you prefer and what you want. It creates

Our trip to Georgia would not have been as memorable had it not been for Stefan and Mzia. We felt incredibly comfortable and welcome in their apartment. Stefan and Mzia were also extremely helpful
recommending and organizing day trips outside of the city. They arranged an English speaking driver and recommended a number of wineries to visit – all of which we were very happy with. We learned a
lot about Georgia while chatting over wonderful breakfasts of fresh bread, homemade jams, cheese, fruit, eggs, coffee and tea. Our conversations often picked up again in the evening over local
Georgian wines. Stefan and Mzia went above and beyond what was necessary in order to make our stay in Georgia so wonderful. When we go back to Georgia (hopefully soon!), we can’t imagine staying
anywhere else.

The ultimate place to stay in Tbilisi!!!
A wonderul place, perfectly located, with even more wonderful hosts - like staying with your family... delicious breakfast whenever you wish - very early as well as around noon. A cup of tea whenever
you ome back from city walks. A glass of wine at night... this is hospitality at it's best.
Stefan and Mzia can also help you to organize all sorts of excursions. I stayed there with my two kids, and we loved it!!! -
What a lovely place to stay! A beautiful house, lovely decorated rooms and last but not least the very warm welcome and hospitality of Mzia and Stefan were one of the highlights of our Georgia Tour.
Thank you for the delicious homemade cake and jam. Georgia at its best! -

La verdad es que nos sentimos entre amigos con ustedes y disfrutamos mucho su trato amable, sus ricos desayunos y las buenas pláticas que compartimos. Esperamos poder regresar a Georgia, que es una
ciudad preciosa y de ser así, sin dudarlo nos encantaría volver a su acogedor hogar.

We were struck by the quite exceptionally friendly welcome we received from Stefan and Mzia, who by the way took our four children very much in their stride. Their hospitality was unfailingly
solicitous and genuinely warm - yet never for a moment became intrusive. A rare distinction for a bed and breakfast? Stefan and Mzia seemed to enjoy meeting us, and we for our part are delighted to
have made their acquaintance. And yes, the Georgian wine-tasting session was memorable even for a beer-drinking philistine Englishman like me. -
We stayed nearly two weeks in Georgia. During this time the home of Stefan and Mzia became more and more a little oasis for us. The apartment is very comfortable and really cosy. Stefan and Mzia are
very warm and helpful persons. Thank you both for your hospitality and an amazing time in Georgia. -
I just came home from my 9 days trip to Georgia. The experience was really wonderful and my staying in Tbilisi was also wonderful and that was very much due to the possibility to stay in Stefan´s and
Mzia´s apartment. The place was nice, peaceful, easy to catch and comfortable. I got plenty of good advice and help what to do and where to go.
I surely can recommend - so much that I´m already thinking when I shall go again. -
I had a wonderful stay in Georgia much of which was due to the welcome I received from Mzia and Stefan. Their apartment and my bedroom were very comfortable. They were always on hand to offer a
snack, a glass of wine or something a little stronger and Stefan could not have been more helpful in organising day trips for me to see some of the sights of the country.
I would thoroughly recommend a stay at their appartment -
We had a great time in Tbilisi - a good portion of which was due to staying is this fantastic oasis with the extremely helpful and welcoming hosts Stefan and Mzia. It was hard to tear us away from
here with our comfy room and balcony, and we actually extended our stay a couple of times. On our last morning we finally had a spectacular view of the Kazbegi Mountain in the distance from the main
balcony - a sight that inspired us to go there immediately and stay "for just one more night"! We can hardly recommend Stefan and Mzia's villa enough! -

We had a wonderful stay here in August 2010. The area is lovely and Mia and Stefan are prefect hosts! Their kitchen balcony is ideal to taste Georgian wines which we sorely miss in Moscow.

It was great staying at Stefan and Mzia place while I was in Tbilisi. Even though Stefan was away while I was there, however, Mzia was always on hand. Mzia is learning German and my Georgian is
negligible so it was all quite interesting and would have loved to be a fly on the wall during our conversations. It is a great apartment and an oasis in the centre of town!! I would highly recommend
their fantastic apartment.
